Terms of Sale, Shipping & Refund Policy

These Terms of Sale, Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”) govern purchases made through MProveBody.com (the “Website”). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Website is owned and operated by MProve Store LLC (“MProve Body,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier, subject to applicable law.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location.
  • Asking household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier.
  • Filing a carrier claim where available.

While we are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues.


11. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be refunded less original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.


12. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the package before opening, if possible.
  2. Photograph the damaged product and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mprovebody@gmail.com.

We may request additional information to assist with replacement or carrier claims.


13. Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare, body care, nipple care, and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered except where required by applicable law.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


14. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:

  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Used personal care products
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Free gifts


15. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your eligible return has been processed.


17. Defective or Incorrect Products

If approved, we will, at our discretion:

19. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may delay resolution and could affect eligibility for future purchases.


20. Force Majeure

MProve Store LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, supply chain interruptions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
